Vision and objective of the company
Mr. Praveen Gupta's father, Late Sh. P.D. Gupta was a Class 1 Building contractor and a member of prestigious Institution of Engineers. He was a highly respected resident of Jor Bagh, a prime locality of South Delhi.
This family background has influenced his firm conviction that family property disputes should be resolved fairly, justly and appropriately amongst the legal heirs without resorting to legal battles which often destroy the value of the property, lives and relationship of the family members.
These cases take 10-20 years and often result in unjust resolution imposed by the court to the dissatisfaction of all concerned.
This leads to further animosity amongst the family members.
On the other hand a peaceful resolution brings about peace, prosperity, love and respect amongst the family members. Hence, it is in the interest of all parties concerned to arrive at a reasonable and just solution to property disputes among them, which is sought and delivered by this firm. |
