Mr. PRAVEEN GUPTA, Senior Partner, (Jorbagh , New Delhi)
Mr. Praveen Gupta is an engineer having an experience of over 30 years in the Civil Construction and Real Estate Business. He has been a developer, Builder and Contractor. He has an extensive experience of close to 30 years in resolving property disputes, making assessment of properties and buildings, paperwork involved in disposal and division of properties and dealing with lawyers, police, courts and legal experts and legal procedures.

 His vast experience has given him deep understanding of nature, motives and greed of people. It has given him power of knowledge to guide, motivate and pressurize people to arrive at just distribution of assets without resorting to expensive and acrimonious legal battles.

Mr. ABHISHEK GUPTA, Partner, Chief Coordinator

Abhishek holds a B. Tech from Indraprastha University, Delhi and a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Stony Brook University, New York, USA. Abhishek worked with the US Government on their Electrical and Electronics projects for close to 4 years before coming back to India to start working at Home Resolutionz. Having keen interest in the family real estate business he studied the property and real estate scene in the USA closely. He found that property disputes are rare there. He has gained valuable insight and experience by comparison of the nature and approach of the people and difference in the property laws of the 2 countries- USA and India.
Mr. ASHISH GUPTA, Partner, Management Consultant

Ashish Gupta is a Senior Global Strategy Analyst working in the Chemicals and Energy industries.  

Prior to attending business school, Ashish had worked in the Consulting and Banking industry. He has worked on Mergers & Acquisitions transactions between INR 30 Cr. - 600 Cr. in the Heathcare, IT and Energy sectors. Through his deal experience, he brings a structured and disciplined approach towards quick, effective dispute resolutions.
 
He received an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
