It is hereby agreed between party X and Home Resolutionz that:
- Either party i.e. Party X and Home Resolutionz will not disclose, divulge or use in any form any information provided by the other party pertaining to the disputed property to any person, vested interest or other members of the family in any form whatsoever without explicit consent of the party providing the information.
- Any such act would be illegal, inadmissible as evidence and would amount to a breach of trust. All such information would be treated as strictly confidential and personal information of the party to whom it is addressed or intended
- This agreement is legally binding on both the parties
